SAR authorisation
Range, sequence and expiry date. The system warns when the range is running out and won't issue outside it.
Agentic ERP runs sales, purchasing, inventory, production, projects, treasury, accounting and payroll in one place. It is built for how invoicing and payroll actually work in Honduras — and so that two different companies never see the same screen.

A software company doesn't count inventory. A distributor doesn't run production orders. Instead of hiding the modules you don't need behind a menu, they are switched off: gone from the menu, from search and from permissions.
Clients, contacts, opportunities, quotes, orders, invoicing and collections. A quote becomes an order and an order becomes an invoice without retyping anything.
Suppliers, orders, receipts and payables. Freight and import duty are prorated across what was received, so cost means cost landed in the warehouse.
Stock by warehouse, two-step transfers, frozen counts and weighted-average costing. Every movement leaves a trail and none can be edited by hand.
Formulas with scrap, and orders that consume the inputs and receive the finished goods in one operation, at the cost those materials actually carried.
Budget against real cost, tasks on a board, and hours. A project delivered on time can still have lost money; here you see it before the final invoice.
Accounts, movements, cheques and reconciliation. Petty cash is an account too: if it doesn't live there, that cash sits outside the cash flow.
Chart of accounts, entries, ledger, trial balance, P&L and balance sheet. Real double entry: if debits don't equal credits, it doesn't save.
Employees, salary structure, attendance and payroll with the two IHSS ceilings, RAP on the excess and income tax by bracket. The rates are parameters, not code.
That is where an imported system fails: it understands debits and credits, but not what a SAR authorisation is, or why the social-security ceiling isn't a single number.
Range, sequence and expiry date. The system warns when the range is running out and won't issue outside it.
15 % and 18 % coexist on the same invoice, and exonerated is not the same as exempt: they are stored apart because they are declared apart.
Health has one ceiling, pensions another. Computing it with a single ceiling is wrong on every single payroll.
RAP applies to the excess, not to the whole salary. Income tax comes out by bracket, using this year's brackets, loaded as parameters.
Each company has its own catalogue, its own document numbering, its own taxes and its own people. Nothing crosses over: there isn't a single listing in the system that doesn't ask which company first. And the same person can be an administrator in one and read-only in another.
The active company is always in sight, never hidden in a menu: someone who doesn't notice they switched company invoices in the wrong one, and no button undoes that.
What it does
That's how Agentic itself runs it: there is nothing physical to count, so inventory and production are off and appear in no menu.
One shortcut opens search, and from there any screen, client or invoice is one line away instead of three menus deep.
If saving fails, what you typed is still there. Losing fifteen fields to a validation error is the fastest way to make nobody want to use the system.
A misapplied payment isn't erased: it's reversed with its counter-entry, and both remain on the record.
The theme is applied before the first paint, so working at night doesn't start with a white flash on every screen.
We'll show it running on real data, not on slides. If it fits as it is, we put it to work; if something is missing, we build it.
Paid once. No per-user licence and no module you have to rent.
