Attendance control for field staff
Everyone clocks in from their phone, only if they're really on site, and payroll comes out by itself.
The problem
With two hundred people on different sites, attendance was kept on paper and in chats. Nobody could be sure who was actually there, or for how many hours.
What it does
- Clock in from the phone, and it only counts if the phone is inside the work site.
- A tablet at the entrance for those without a phone, and a screen showing who's present.
- Payroll is calculated automatically with legal deductions and PDF pay slips.
- Supervisors rate each person and it goes on their record.
- Installs from the browser, no app store needed.
