Complete system for a steel factory
From the moment material arrives to the moment the invoice goes out: 44 modules on a single database.
The problem
The plant ran production, inventory and accounting on programs that didn't talk to each other. Quoting a bar meant calling the warehouse, and nobody measured how much material was wasted when cutting.
What it does
- Works out how to cut material so as little as possible is wasted.
- Knows which batch every shipped piece came from.
- Production, warehouses, purchasing and imports, quality, sales, staff and accounting, all in one.
- In the office you sign in with email and password; on the floor, with a PIN, gloves on.
- Invoices the way the tax authority requires; without a valid authorization, the system won't invoice.

This system belongs to whoever ordered it. We tell the problem and what it does, but we don't publish their brand or their screens: nobody likes seeing their company in someone else's portfolio. If you want to see it running, we'll show you on a call.
