What the agency posts on social media shows up on its website without anyone retyping it.
The problem
The agency already posted every property on social media. Keeping a website too meant writing everything twice, so the site was always out of date.
What it does
- Checks social media and copies only what's new; a day without posts costs nothing.
- Anything someone corrects by hand on the site is kept, not overwritten.
- A calculator that turns price, down payment and term into a monthly installment.
- Favorites, information requests and a panel showing which properties get the most interest.
